principle of operation

The valve utilizes the buoyancy principle, and the floating ball rises and falls with the change of water level according to the amount of condensed water, automatically adjusts the opening of valve seat hole, and continuously discharges condensed water. When the condensate water stops entering, the float ball drops to the bottom by its own weight, and the drain valve seat hole is closed. Because the drain valve seat hole is below the water level of the condensate water, the water vapor is naturally separated, forming a water seal, so that there is no steam leakage.

The heat equipment capable of continuously discharging saturate condensed water will not accumulate water, thus obtain that highest thermal efficiency. When the steam pressure changes, the floating ball can automatically adjust the opening of the valve seat hole, with continuous operation and stable performance. Good air exhaust performance, automatic or manual air exhaust device, weather lock phenomenon, smooth operation and no noise.

Usage: 

It is used in steam heating equipment and condensate recovery system, and in working conditions where condensate needs to be quickly removed. It can automatically, quickly and continuously remove condensate, effectively prevent steam leakage, and obtain the best heating effect.
