 MD/ZJZ power cut-off device is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, power station and other industries, and the working medium is suitable for water and oil. Product features 

1. Opening and closing are easier and faster: By improving the structure of the cut-off device, the pressure difference between the upper and lower parts of the cut-off device can be fully balanced, thus making the opening and closing of the power-assisted cut-off device easier and faster. Generally, the high-pressure Globe Valve is subjected to great pressure due to the action of high-pressure fluid in actual work, and it takes 3-4 operators to open and close the valve at the same time, and sometimes an afterburner is needed. Compared with similar products, the power-assisted cut-off device saves more than 90% of labor. 

2. Good sealing performance: the power-assisted cut-off device is made of new sealing material, and it is double-sealed, anti-scouring. However, when the similar products open and close the valve, the valve sealing device is easily damaged due to high pressure erosion. 

3. Short switching time: it takes less than half a minute for the power-assisted cut-off device to be turned on or off. It takes 5-10 minutes for similar products to open or close. 

4. Labor saving: The power-assisted cut-off device can be easily operated by only one person. However, similar products need to be operated by many people, especially at night, when a female patrolman encounters a fault, it can be easily handled.

7. The two small balance booster valves in Series A of this device have the balance function of opening and closing the cutoff device. Closing the two small balance booster valves can lock the opening position of the cutoff device and prevent the valve opening from changing due to pipeline vibration. 

8. Series B of this device belongs to fast full-on and full-off type. 

9. The C-series handle of this device is movable, and can be removed after the operation is completed, so as to prevent outsiders from moving and stealing, and it is especially suitable for installation in unattended places in the wild. Seal structure is adopted at the indicator cover and bracket, which protects and prevents the copper nut and bearing from rusting due to water inflow.
