The grinding wheel valve adopts the simplest design scheme that can provide accurate control-two grinding wheels with holes make relative rotation motion, and the flow area of the flow channel composed of the orifice of the dynamic and static grinding wheels is changed to control the medium flow. The throttle holes on the two grinding wheels flowing into the valve body from the inlet end of the valve are in vertical opposite positions, the flow channel is completely blocked, and the valve is closed. When the movable wheel connected with the valve stem rotates, the throttle holes on the grinding wheel partially overlap, the runner partially opens, and the valve is in the throttle state. When it continues to rotate until the throttle holes on the two grinding wheels are completely aligned, the flow rate of all valves is the largest. The seal surface is separated from the throttle surface, and only a small part of the throttle surface is in contact with the medium, thus greatly reducing the erosion damage of the seal surface. The sealing surface of the grinding wheel can reach the tight shut-off level after precision grinding, and the standard leakage is ANSI CLASSV. At the same time, the fluid exerts a certain pressure on the grinding wheel during work, which makes the dynamic and static grinding wheels always cling to each other and further increases the sealing performance. At the same time, vibration and noise are eliminated. The medium flows along the center of the pipeline with minimal pressure loss, and various driving modes can be selected: pneumatic, electric, hydraulic and manual.
