Structural features: 

1. The valve seat adopts O-ring seal and floating valve seat structure with pretightening force, so that the inlet and outlet of Flat Gate Valve are sealed bidirectionally; In addition, the opening and closing torque of this structure is only 1/2 of that of ordinary valves, which can easily open and close valve 
2. When fully opened, the channel is smooth and straight, the flow resistance coefficient is extremely small, and there is no pressure loss. The pipeline

The packing structure with self-sealing capability is adopted, which does not need frequent adjustment, and the opening and closing is extremely light, and the sealing performance is reliable. The auxiliary sealing grease injection structure is arranged at the stuffing box, so the sealing performance is absolutely reliable, and it really achieves zero leakage. It solves the disadvantage that the packing of universal valve is the easiest to leak out.
4. When the flat Gate valve is closed, it can automatically discharge the high pressure in the inner cavity, ensuring the use safety.

1. The sealing structure of the valve seat should be elastic with pre-tightening force, and the upstream and downstream sealing seats can be sealed at the same time. There is always a face-to-face seal between the valve seat and the seal.
2. The valve seat has self-cleaning function, and it is not directly washed by air flow when the valve is opened or closed. The valve seat should be made of lubricated and non-abrasive materials. 
3. The failure of the valve actuator will not affect other parts of the valve, and the maintenance and replacement work can be carried out without removing the valve.

(5) Actuator-These valves can be equipped with electric, hydraulic or pneumatic actuators. Under DN300, the standard hand wheel is equipped, and above DN350, the helical gear operating mechanism is equipped. 
(6) Yoke-The fully assembled yoke has passed the seismic test and is easy to maintain and install the actuator. 
(7) Gland-two-piece, self-adjusting gland to avoid being ejected. 
(8) Integral rear seat-hard surface with the longest service life. 
(9) Disc-Spring-loaded disc can adjust itself, reducing the torque requirement of the actuator.
(10) Integral stop-the bracket stop device is integrally cast to position the assembled bracket disc, which makes the valve seat more stable and reliable.
